CONQUEROR WEAR reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot use this website. This website contains the intellectual property of CONQUEROR WEAR. This is the property of the respective owner. You acknowledge and acknowledge ownership of these marks and understand that you do not acquire, through the use of this website, any right, title or interest in the marks. 2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Placing an order through the website consists of the following steps:
Choose the products you want and add them to “Your cart”,
Proceed to checkout,
Enter your delivery and billing information,
Accept our Terms of Sale by clicking the checkboxes,
Choose a payment method and click on “Send order”,
Make the payment.
If the payment is authorised, the Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order. This confirmation constitutes acceptance by the customer of CONQUEROR WEAR of the order and creates a binding agreement between the customer and CONQUEROR WEAR.
3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Completing an order through the Website is subject to product availability. CONQUEROR WEAR tries to guarantee the stock of all products. If the ordered product is not available or there is no stock, the Customer will be informed by email and the amount paid will be refunded.
4. CONQUEROR WEAR’S RIGHT TO CANCEL OR NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER
CONQUEROR WEAR reserves the right to refuse any order and to cancel or not accept a confirmed order, among others, for the following reasons:
– There was a technical or pricing error on the website when placing the order,
– The ordered product is not available,
– The billing information provided was incorrect or unverifiable,
– The security systems indicate that the order is abnormal or may be fraudulent,
– CONQUEROR WEAR was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.
If an order is canceled for one of the above reasons, CONQUEROR WEAR will refund (if it has been paid) the value of the order. Shipping costs are never refunded, except in certain circumstances.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are expressed in Euros. Changing the country of delivery could have an impact on the final price.
To pay for the order, the Customer can use the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer and cash on delivery (for some countries). The charge will be made after the order confirmation.
The prices indicated on the website are subject to change. CONQUEROR WEAR reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, once CONQUEROR WEAR has received receipt of an order, the price payable in respect of that order will not change.
The deliveries are made from Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or local holidays. Deliveries are made during business hours. Thus, to facilitate delivery, the Customers can use their work address or any other address where there might be someone to receive the package.
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 14 business days. The delivery schedule is usually met, and although CONQUEROR WEAR cannot guarantee punctuality, all orders are delivered within 30 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order, at the latest.
Shipping to conutries that are not members of European Union: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Custom authorities require that CONQUEROR WEAR states the value of ordered goods directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release Customer’s package. In some occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
The Customer must verify the state of the packaging upon delivery. If the package is damaged, the Customer must not accept the delivery. The amount of the purchase and the delivery expenses will be refunded to the Customer once the warehouse has processed the return of the products. CONQUEROR WEAR informs that the delivery must be verified within a reasonable time after receipt. In case no notice of rejection of the products is received within 14 days of delivery, CONQUEROR WEAR will consider the Customer to have accepted the delivery.
6. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
6.1 RETURN OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT
The Customer has the right to return defective products. The Customer has 14 days from the moment of detecting product non-conformity to inform CONQUEROR WEAR about the defect or lack of conformity and to return the product to CONQUEROR WEAR.
If the Customer returns a product because it is defective or non-conforming and the return is approved, CONQUEROR WEAR will refund the value of the product and the delivery expenses, or exchange it with a new one, within thirty (30) days of CONQUEROR WEAR receipt of the returned product.
Customer agrees that CONQUEROR WEAR has no responsibility for any damages on products made by unappropriate handling by Customer, for example washing (without following washing instructions of the producer), tumble drying or ironing. In case of unappropriate use of the CONQUEROR WEAR products, CONQUEROR WEAR is not obliged to accept returns of those products.
6.2 RETURN OF PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON
If the Customer is not satisfied for any reason with the products purchased, he/she will have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product with no need for an explanation of any kind.
The Customer may return the purchased product, provided that:
– The product has not been washed or used in any way (other than reasonable wear and tear from examining and/or trying on the product).
– The product is not covered with human or animal hair.
– The product is complete (two elements forming a pair must be returned together).
The product must be returned and the Customer must assume the expenses of this return. The products are to be returned with their original packaging and labelling, together with the Customer’s note that contains all the basic information of the order. Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned goods, CONQUEROR WEAR will refund the price of the product within thirty (30) days of receiving the order cancellation and product return notification from the Customer. The customer will have to pay for the return expenses.
CONQUEROR WEAR will not make the refund until receiving the returned product and verifying the condition of the product in the warehouse. Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, the Customer will be refunded the relevant amount within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned product at CONQUEROR WEAR.
For Customer’s own protection it is recommended that a return is made with the shipping service that provides Customer with a tracking number. All returns must be sent to the following address:

7. WASHING AND CARING OF CONQUEROR WEAR
Please pay close attention to the care instructions provided with each product. Many of our products should not be put in a dryer. In general, wash on 30° and iron your CONQUEROR WEAR clothing turned inside out to protect the printed graphics and embroidery from damage. Some of our personalized products require only hand wash (products with gold and silver stamps).
8. PROMOTIONAL CODES (DISCOUNTS)
When promotional codes are used according to their terms and conditions, they are applied for a single discount on a purchase of a single product or a discount on an order for the time indicated by the promotional code.
Promotional codes may only be used for purchases on the Website. The Customer may not sell, exchange, or assign the promotional code. The promotional code may not be uploaded or disclosed through websites or other media making public offers, gifts, sales, or exchanges. Promotional codes may not be used for commercial purposes.
Only one promotional code can be used per product and per order. Promotional codes may not be combined with any other special offer or promotion. Promotional codes may not be exchanged for money.
CONQUEROR WEAR reserves the right to void a promotional code immediately if it suspects that it is being used in violation of any of the above conditions or in any other improper manner or if it has reasonable grounds for voiding it.

10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Purchases made through the CONQUEROR WEAR Website and under these Terms and conditions are subject to Slovenian law.
